Mojo Mortgages is an independent mortgage broker formed in 2016. One of the founding partners of Mojo, Richard Hayes, is still our CEO today.
Based in Manchester, a notable hub for the growing Fintech movement, Mojo’s rapid and overwhelming success led to RVU - owners of Uswitch, Confused.com and Money.co.uk - purchasing us back in 2021.
In the past 12 months, we've doubled in size to a team of over 150, and we spoke to over 60,000 people about their mortgage needs in 2023 alone - and we're just getting started.
However, Mojo still has an immovable independent vision:

We’re an independent mortgage broker
Which means we have access to over 70 lenders on the market; including high street banks, building societies and specialist mortgage lenders. In fact, our happy customers have a 95% success rate when applying for their mortgage through Mojo!
Our brokers
Mojo has a growing team of over 40 qualified brokers, each with an absolute minimum of two years experience in assisting a variety of mortgage borrowers. We also have specialist mortgage protection advisers, to help keep you and your home as financially secure as possible.
We’re an approachable team, offering down to earth and transparent mortgage advice without jargon or fluff. Our dedicated Mortgage Case Managers are your main point of contact throughout the entire process - keeping you up to date with your mortgage application, and handling all the boring admin for you.

Plain and simple, there are no fees with Mojo. We provide you with expert advice, recommendations and administrative support with your application, at no charge.
Who we can help
At Mojo, we understand that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to mortgage advice. We have access to over 70 lenders across the mortgage industry, so can help a wide variety of customers looking to take out a mortgage, remortgage, or find suitable mortgage protection.
We do our utmost to point those customers with more complex mortgage needs to one of our trusted partners, where possible, if we're unable to help them ourselves.
We enjoy getting to know our clients as it allows us to better match products to their individual circumstances and long term goals. The strength of the relationships we build is visible both through repeat business, referrals and feedback.

Our ongoing customer service
We don't believe our responsibility ends when your mortgage completes. We'll endeavour to contact you in good time prior to the end of any initial rate mortgage deals we’ve arranged for you.
If there are more suitable products, we’ll happily advise you and get the remortgage process started. The home ownership journey doesn’t end when you pick up your keys, and nor does our service.

At Mojo we believe that it’s important to recognise that not everyone in society is privileged enough to be able to buy their own home. That’s why we chose to support Mustard Tree and Wellspring.

Mustard Tree are a Manchester-based charity who aim to combat poverty and homelessness in the surrounding areas.
Some of our team recently completed the three peaks challenge in The Lake District, raising over £5000
How we support Wellspring
The Wellspring supports homeless people in Stockport, with their housing, health and personal wellbeing needs.
Our Mojo Christmas Appeal with Wellspring enabled us to purchase sleeping bags, emergency blankets, T-shirts, socks and essential layers, as well as an incredible amount of food and cleaning items off their 'urgent need' list
